Refund policy

At Eco Dhobi, we take great pride in the quality of our products. All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

The only exception is if your product arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and your order details. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we'll work with you to make it right.
